       The SOCIETE GENERALE DE TOUAGE ET DE REMORQUAGE DE L'OISE, which is at the origin
of the TOUAX GROUP, was created in 1853 by an imperial decree, and listed on the Paris stock
xchange in 1903.

       Since its origin, the company has developed first through grouping other companies in the
i nland marine sector then by diversifying into other types of transport equipment such as:

            the leasing of barges and pushboats (inland waterways transport)
            the leasing of mobile constructions (construction site bungalows and modular buildings)
            the leasing of shipping containers (for maritime transport)
            the leasing of railcars (for rail transport)
